Less Common Essential Oils in Clinical Practice (Online course)
This course has been designed as part of the level 5 upgrade course for aromatherapists but can also be undertaken as a stand alone CPD course for aromatherapists and essential oil practitioners.
Why is this important?
Most aromatherapists are unaware that you are only insured to use the oils within the syllabus of your original course (check with your insurer) and therefore need to study to add more essential oils to your repertoire. This course will allow you to do just that and give you the benefit of their use from our clinical experiences.
It covers 26 uncommon essential oils in great detail (workbook contains 144 pages of information and took 10 months of work to write), with the chemistry, safety data and blending suggestions based on case studies. All of the information has been cross referenced with research for accuracy. A reference list is provided for each oil. There is coursework where you will be asked to live with 5 oils and use them in various ways, including in your clinical practice, writing up your reflections from your experiences.
